BPI SkyMiles Mastercard
BPI has partnered with Delta Air Lines on this card aimed at frequent travelers. By using their BPI SkyMiles Mastercard, cardholders can earn a SkyMile for every P45 spent. These SkyMile points don’t expire and are transferable, so they can be used to purchase tickets for others.
SkyMiles Points can be used to travel to over 600 countries via Delta Air Lines or their SkyMiles Airline partners. BPI SkyMiles Mastercard holders are also entitled to travel insurance coverage of up to 10 million.
BDO Platinum Mastercard
Frequent travelers who are also holders of the BDO Platinum Mastercard have the convenience of being able to use one card to pay in both Philippine Pesos and US Dollars. This means that, local transactions paid using this card with be billed in pesos, while international transactions can either be paid in the exact amount in US dollars.
You can still opt to pay international transactions in pesos and this will follow the prevailing exchange rate. So, if the exchange rate is favorable, you might get a better deal.
